The basic process for vacating a judgment is to go to the clerk's office and request a motion form. You will need to schedule a hearing on your motion, and make sure that you provide proper notice to the other party. The grounds of your motion and other details will depend entirely on the reason or justification for removing the judgment, assuming it is even allowed. Speak to an attorney as soon as possible.

I notice that you posted an Illinois zip code. You will either need to fly to Massachusetts or hire an attorney here. Best of luck.

I agree. It is doable, but not easy, and there has to be a legal basis for your action, such as fraud. A change of mind will not do it.

Time is of the essence, and it is best done during the NISI period.
