how to file a pleading to add files

Would you please give me some advise on how to file a plead to have documents added to a court file .

It's not really clear what you want "added." You can certainly file an appropriate motion for action by the Court; appropriate documents (properly verified for the Court) supporting the action can be filed.

If you've already had a trial, though, you had your chance to have exhibits introduced.
