First, if you signed the lease you are still obligated under it. You should not terminate the utilities. You can change the name on the utilities to your husband.

If you are getting a divorce, I suggest you file sooner than later so you can get off any joint obligations such as leases if need be.

I assume there are no children. If your husband and you can agree on the terms of the divorce, you can file a joint divorce and get the divorce done more quickly than litigating it.
