Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I filed for no fault divorce in 2012, completed the required documentation and notice by Publication and Mail as required, but due to serious illness and a family death I did not go back to court to get a hearing date before the judge. Can I now get a court date or do I have to start all over again?

You should check with the court to determine the status of the case. If it's dismissed, you will have to refile.
