Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am considering filing for divorce, if I leave my house for a few days is that considered abandonment we have a minor child and would that constitute me not getting the house? also my vehicle is now in his name could I still be able to keep my vehicle?

Abandonment in Massachusetts requires one year. A few days doesn't mattter. As for the vehicle, all property owned by both spouses is subject to control by the court. A lawyer needs to understand the entire financial position before giving advice on a sincle asset.
