filing a motion

i was in court on 7-16-07 at that time all they decided on was how much child support my husband would have to pay can i file an emergency motion to get him to pay the back morgage payments and to contiue to payall the bills also should i put in that same motion that i would like alimony that is due to mey and all the back allimon

You can do all that but I would suggest you get an attorney ASAP. You should have been awarded temporary alimony and your husband should have been compelled to make mortgage payments (assuming he has sufficient income).

Although you can always file a motion, most judges will not allow such a "second bite at the apple" at this stage. Instead, they will look to resolving these matters at a later date.

Alimony is not often awarded on temporary orders if the marriage is under 20 years, especially when there is child support. However, this depends on the actual facts of your marriage.
