Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I having fill out the form for chold support yet , but if i fill nown is it the father will pay from the day baby born or form the day i fill out the form, please help me out . thank you

Generally, child support can be paid dating back to the date of SERVICE. This means you need to fill out the form, file it with the Court, obtain thhe summons, and get a Constable to serve it on the father.
