finansial seperation

We agreed to keep family but decided to get legal finansial seperation.How can we do that? Can you tell me step by step what to do?

It is unclear what you are trying to say.

Are you married or not?

What do you mean by trying to keep the family together?

If you are separating, and are married, then you can simply file a complaint for separate support in the probate and family court.
