"Forum shopping" means "looking for a judge who mighht be more favorable to me than another instead of accepting the system as it exists." It is NOT approved.

As I said, you have not suggested any valid reason to remove the judge that has been assigned to your case at this stage. You have a new judge. You need to accept this.
