can my girlfriend get custody of my daughter

If she is not the adoptive or biological mother of the child it is highly unlikely. However more information is required to know on what basis she will seek custody and the age of the child. However, if she believes the child is in an unsafe environment she can file a complaint with social services.

There need to be more facts submitted here.

Any fit adult can get custody of a child through guardianship, in theory. However, either both parents must consent, or both parents must be proven unfit. The Constitution of the United States as well as Massachusetts law give the fit natural parents of children the right to raise and hold custody of their own children.
