Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Ok so my ex girlfriend got a restraining order on me. She got it on April 27. I just got served yesterday May 6 and there is a hearing on May 11. Me and my ex remained friends until I found out about the restraining order. Between April 27-May 6 we both have talked on the phone, text each other, we have hanged out together, and even had sex! I want to bring these points up and show my phone records to the court, but I am very afraid I will be put in jail if I show that I have contacted her. I had no idea of the restraining order or i would have never violated it. Will I be thrown in jail if I show this evidence at the hearing? and its not technically called a restraining order, its 209A order or Abuse Prevention Order

Joseph Murray Joseph M. Murray, Esq.

Retain an attorney to determine if she may have had a change of heart since April 27th and might be willing to assent to a withdrawal of the abuse petition and a vacating of the restraining order. Good Luck!
