Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Good morning, I'm retirement age now and I for a short time worked for a company that has retirement benefits. I received a letter from the Insurance Co that is handling the annuity and before I can get any information from them I need to send them copy of any Divorce Decree's. Since my divorce was so long ago I can not locate any old papers so I need to know how to get copy's?

You could check with the Firm you used when you got divorced.

If that doesn't work, you can go to the court where you got divorced and speak to the clerk about requesting your divorce file.

Good luck!
