grandchildren

My father would like to know how to write his will so his son's two children do not inherent my brothers $$ becasue my brother is alcoholic and my father want's to protect my brothers inherentence.

Your father should consult with an experienced estate planner, as there are many issues here.

Your father has a number of options to do what he wants to do, but it would require use of Trusts and I would strongly suggest he use an attorney like myself who drafts Wills and Trusts.
