Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

grandpaents custody or guardianship

Our original case for guardianship was filed in NH where the child was born. He has lived in Massachusetts with us for 2 years (he's 2 years old). Can I now file for custody or guardianship in Mass.?

Re: grandpaents custody or guardianship

Yes, depending on how the guardianship was awarded. I would suggest you contact an attorney in your area to discuss the issue and the problem regarding the guardianship.
