guardianship of minor who is not my child, however is my sisters daughter.

what are my legal rights? as the minor was removed from a prior guardian and now both the minor and the prior guardian want the motion reversed. the prior guardian lost guardianship due to allegations of child abuse, both confirmmed by the minor and acknowledged by the prior guardian.

Your rights are to petition the Court to appoint you or some other suitable person as her guardian or you can oppose the motion of the prior guardian,if you so choose. For either of which you would be well advised to retain an attorney. Good Luck!
