Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I was given half of my ex husband's 401k in our divorce. He is the only one who can initiate the process and he refuses to do so. What can I do?

Hire a lawyer and Move for Contempt. It is possible he will have to pay your lawyer's fees. We might offer a discount on the upfront fee if we felt as though we would be likely to be awarded the remainder of our fees by the Court.
