health coverage

If I am the one covering the monthly health plan for my two children should I also pay 50% of unpaid medical costs? i.e. doctor's visits, medication etc.

As a general rule, yes. This answer assumes that 1/2 of the cost of health insurance was computed into your child support under the Guidelines.
