Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have health insurance through my ex-husband, now he is getting married gave me a 30 days notice , he will be canceling my healt insurance, i have major health issue.can i leagally stop him .

This is controlled by your divorce decree. Probably, you can't stop him but you have the option of buying your own policy with the same insurance policy.
