Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Hi,

As per the final judgement of divorce the legal fees for the attorney has to be paid by my husband to me, but he fles from USA and I cannot get single penny from him. Now attorney is asking me to pay the fees. Am i liable topay him?
