Hi,
As per the final judgement of divorce the legal fees for the attorney has to be paid by my husband to me, but he fled from USA and I cannot get single penny from him. Now attorney is asking me to pay the fees. Am i liable to pay him?

Yes. You can seek attachment of whatever assets your husband has in the US and have a bench warrant issued for him as well. In addition there is a process to recover the fees by enforcement of the judgment in another country if the amount is worthwhile.
