Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Hi,

Can my name be put on legal documents with out my knowledge? The paperwork is from NH courts, I live in MA. This is the situation: My boyfriends parents were fighting for grandparent rights for his son against the mother. They were granted visitation, but on the notice sent to my boyfriend, it stated he son was not to be near his father (due to restraining order) and then had my name listed also. I havent been involved in any of the legal issues nor have i spoken with or made any contact to the childs mother.
