Hi

i am married to nri person i came on dependent visa to usa then got pregant he his mother sister mentally tortured for abortion then i went through abortion if didnt go through that ihe would have divorced me then after that we are happy for while we planned for baby i got pregnant he left me india saying that its indian tradition and he was planning to me me and my baby to us after delivery but now i came to know he want to get rid of me permenantly now he and his sister are staying togther in usa.can i file for my baby we carry visa with us i dont know the fees plse can u briefly explain for filling anullment
