who gets the home
I'm in a nasty mess.My husband has refincace our home he is on the mortage but, I'm on the deed only. He is paying computers stuff that he payed aleast $20,0000 every other six months he gets more and more, I payed more on the bills then he does. His war gaming has put our marriage on the line. Also his older adult daughters live with us one has a baby and her boyfriend is in our home, they payed nothing towards the monthly bills. So I have tp payed for everything my husband I have one daughter together she is 12 years old. I need to know who will get the house ? Who has to payed the 2nd mortage payment that is in his name ? We owe back taxes who has to payed for that?
I have threat to file for a dicvorce because of to make stress and I have complain to him about his cost of his computers and his return say to me, that I spend more money because I take my daughter to on vactions to get away from the home. I'm unhappy in my own home, also how can I can everyone out of the home . I want full custody of my daugther and the home . I have ask him to see a counsler migjht he says no.
