i own my hometwenty three yearsbefore i met my husband ,he is not on the deed,we were married 9 years..does he have any rights to the property

It is not that simple. Without knowing all of the facts, all I can say is that you will probably be entitled to keep your home. However, your home will likely be considered a marital asset for purpose of equitable division of your marital estate. It will be considered marital property the disposition of which will be determined by the agreement you have your attorney draft or the order of the court in the absence of an agreement. Good Luck!
