no household support
when a spouse will not help with any household bills and refuses to leave property what grounds of divorce is appropriate?

There must be many problems than these for you to seek advice about a divorce. Massachusetts is a no fault divorce state. That means that the only ground you need to state is the marriage is broken beyond repair. You can file either a complaint for separate support, or a complaint for divorce.

Massachusetts is no-fault state so irreconcilable differences are sufficient grounds for divorce. You can file suit for separate maintenance and support or file suit for divorce.
