Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

What to do? My ex husband is cancelling more then half of all his visitations most the time not calling and not showing. This has been going on for 1 1/2 years and growing worse. When he does have the children he picks them up late and drops them off early so I stay home the whole day not knowing when they will be home. He continues to threaten me with fears of taking the children away and talks to them about court and has horrid talks with his girlfriend about me (their mother) to the children upsetting them. He promises to pay them back money he has had them put in for things then says no later to them. He has made statements to me like he comes before the children. Am I wrong or is there something wrong with this?

Ask the court to modify the visitation order.

Retain an attorney to determine whether a civil contempt complaint or a modification complaint is more appropriate in these circumstances. Good Luck!
