Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My husband filed for divorce. The divorce is not finalized. I won the lottery after the divorce was filed. I want to know if he is entitled to any of the lottery proceeds.

The judge must consider any property that either party has, whether owned jointly, or individually. However, the fact that you won it after filing reduces the risk that it will be considered as part of property division. It may, however, be considered if child support and/or alimony are live issues.
