Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My husband and I are filing jointly for divorce. The only dispute is whether we check off the box for sole physical custody or shared physical custody of our children. The children live with me and he takes them on the weekends.

It's in your best interest to get sole physical custody, especially since you'll have them the bulk of the time. 5 days to 2 is not shared physical custody.
