Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

husband

i want my husband to move out all we do is fight with each other and he dosent pay the bills till they grt shut off then he pays very little plus he keeps all the money for himself and always helping his so call friends and does nothing at home im on a transplant list amd is getting sick and he boes nothing i want him out of here but he wont go what can i do

You need to obtain an attorney's help right away, as this is a matter which requires a little extra push. If his conduct is affecting your health, and your physician will say so in an affidavit, it is possible to obtain an order requiring him to move out even without marital violence. You are also likely going to be entitled to alimony based on your illness, though of course it doesn't sound like husband makes much money.
