Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My husband just passed away. We were married for 25 yrs. He took my name off of everything and left everything to his son. Do i have any rights?

I am sorry for your loss. You may have some rights as the surviving spouse your deceased husband may not completely deprive you of assets from his estate. I suggest that you retain a local probate attorney as soon as possible. I wish you all the best of luck.
