my husband and i seperated about two years ago, we moved here from south carolina, together we own two mobile homes and when we moved here we rented them both out. and collected the rent threw the mail. my husband decided to move back to south carolina, and now is living in one home and renting out the other, i want to know what i can do to get the money back that i paid for one home

First, you may need advice from a SC attorney as the property is located in SC and you were married there.
You have basically two options depending upon whether you have a separation agreement under SC law (MA does not recognize non-divorce separations) or not.
If you do, we need to look at that agreement. If not, then you can sue for divorce or seek to settle outside of court with your husband that he pay you for the home.
If you want a divorce, I suggest you file sooner here than later based on the fact he lived here for two years.
