Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
When my husband was 17 he had sex with a woman 23. She also slept with several other men. She took him (and others) to court in the 1980's, my husband twice, to prove paternity for child support and he won both times. I think the blood test results were a 95% chance he might be the father. Now 26+ years later, the child, now grown, wants my husband to have another test so she can know for sure if he is or isn't her biological father.
Our question is, if he agrees to the test and it proves he is the father, will he have any legal financial responsibilities? eg: having to give her back child support, pension, or annuities?

He could and he should agree to nothing without consulting lawyer. In fact, he should have no contact even indirectly.
