My husband is supposed to provide comparable health insurance for our children. His new insurance has a $3000 deductible for behavioral health which we never had before. He also never informed me in advance of the change. Can I go to court to be sure he is responsible for the deductible? I'm a single parent of two working 3 jobs to support my kids and this does not seem right. Our oldest son is clinically depressed and requires therapy weekly. Please assist.

Without reading your separation agreement, I cannot determine his obligations. Usually he would be responsible for at least half the cost of the deductible, you might want to seek a modification of child support to require he pay that deductible. If you had an attorney who represented you in the divorce contact them.
You could ask your ex-husband to agree to pay the $3,000 deduction and put it in writing, depending on his relationship with the child he might be willing not to contest the request.
