Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

my ex husband told me he was going to have me served papers for court for child custody, I have been waiting now over a month to be served I know that he has 90 days but he is a schemer and I'm getting worried he didn't serve me so I wouldn't know when the court date was and I would miss the court date. Is there a way i can find out if I have a court date or if he even filed at all???
