Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
My husbands daughter lives with her mother. They live in the same neighborhood as one of his ex girlfriends. She is still very resentful of him for breaking up with her years ago and of me. Over 3 years ago she knew the child and babysat. She has threatened the child to him in the past when they were breaking up. She made countless calls and emails to him with all kinds of craziness. Now she has contacted his daughters mother and is trying to reestablish a friendship with her. Is there anything he can do to keep this ex from being around his daughter. Thank You!

Only if she poses a present or potential risk to her or her behavior is of such extent that no reasonable parent or judge would permit it.
