Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Husband's New Girlfriend
I am 4 months pregnant and my husband and I have been married for six months. Recently, his hours at work increased, yet his paycheck did not. One week ago, he left, saying that he needed to take a break and has not returned yet. I have found out from him that he is now seeing another girl, she is seventeen years old, and he is living with her in a boarding house with 3 other people. I heard of something called ''alienation of affection'' but found it is not applicable in Massachusetts. It is obvious that this girl is partially responsible for the breakup of my marriage and I want to know what I can do about it. I know about her past and feel really uncomfortable with having my child go to the house she lives in when he is born, yet I don't want to take parental rights or visitation away from my husband. Is there anything I can do about her interference in my marriage and is there a way I can prevent her from being involved with my child?

Re: Husband's New Girlfriend
Not legally;
Appreciate that your husband is or should be the target of your pain; his girlfriend is merely an expression of his position.
