Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

husband's rights

I suspect my wife of having an affair and she has asked me to move out of our home. I have never abused or cheated on her. Do I have to move out? What are my rights?

No. You are not required to move out.

She may be setting you up. I do not have enough information.

Re: husband's rights

You are under no obligation to leave the marital home; however, if she files for divorce first, she will ask the court to remove you and award her temporary custody of the home. I recommend that you consult with an attorney as well as take steps to protect any custody and visitation interests you may have with your children.
