Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Is it illegal for a girl and boy, 6 and 2 to share bedroom?

The question says it all, in the state of Massachusetts is there a law on how old child can be before they can no longer share a room with the opposite sex?

Or is there a common rule used by Child protective services, or something like that?

Thanks

There is no law, and considering the age, this should not be a problem.

There is no law, only common sense. At this age, it would not be a basis for an finding of neglect.

Someone is telling you something in order to try to get the upper hand in a dispute, I would guess. You should get an attorney to help.
