Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Im an indian national married to an american citizen in Kuwait civil court. We have 2 kids aged 2 and 5 months who are both American citizens as well. I have not applied for American citizenship. If I file for divorce here in Kuwait what are my rights with alimony and child support in the USA

If you file for, and obtain, a lawful divorce in Kuwait, I have no reason to believe that your divorce would not be recognized in the United States. However, it doesn't sound as though any of the parties currently reside in the United States. Assuming that none of the parties, nor the children, reside here in the United States, there would be no occasion for a court here to weigh in on those issues.
