Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I initially filed a motion (proc, se) without supporting memorandum. The hearing is scheduled in less than two weeks. What action can I take;

Can i file/attach a supporting memorandum?

If so, Is it best to file one ahead of time before the hearing or show up at the hearing with the supporting memorandum?

Is there a supporting memorandum form of sort that is available?

Thank You,

Draft the memo and file it this week.

You want the Court to see it before the hearing.
