Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
international custody agreement
If a temporary custody agreement is made in MA. prior to a divorce completion and one of the parties moves overseas with the child (legally with consent of the other parent) will the custody agreement be valid overseas. Is it invalidated after 6 months of residency overseas?

A court order typically stands until either the case ends, or it ends.

International treaties govern the credit given to a court custody order. The Hague Convention is honored by a large number of countries, but not all. You need to supply more specific information. I would be happy to consult.
