If I apply for divorce in the Europe and I got costudy of my child does The USA accept court decision made in the Europe in case I come back to live there?

If the court that granted the divorce had jurisdiction over the marriage and the custody issue, all U.S. states must give the judgments credence under the Hague Convention. However, the fight could arise over proper jurisdiction. This is a complex question, and may require an attorney concentrating in international custody issues.

Assuming the court had proper jurisdiction and is a signatory to a treaty or convention to which the US is a party, your divorce and custody orders will be honored in the US.
