Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Intimate afte divorce filing?

I recently filed for divorce, went to court and came to agreements with soon to be ex-husband regarding temporary orders(visitation, child support, etc.) Husband vacated the marital home.

Since the hearing, my husband and I have been intimate, and he has stayed over the house on occasions. We have not reconciled nor have resolved our problems and I'm not sure whether or not I want to remain married; thus I do not want to drop the case at this time. There is nothing in the temporary orders that addresses this issue, as at the time neither my husband or I wanted to be together/intimate.

My question is: Could the divorce filing, and/or temporary orders be considered ''annuled'' if brought to the attention of the courts? Or are we (husband and I) acting unlawful by mutually agreeing to be intimate on occasions?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
