Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

A Jamaican man and an American woman were married in Massachusetts. He was deported to Jamaica and is not able to enter the US. They want to get a divorce. Can he file in Jamaica?

She would be able to file for divorce here in Massachusetts. Whether he could file for divorce in Jamaica, or how he could file for divorce in Jamaica would depend on Jamaican law not Massachusetts law.
