Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

joint legal custody in MA.

my ex-wife and i have joint legal custody of our son, 8 years old. he repeated first grade due to learning disabilities that were not picked up until the end of the year by the plymouth schools. she became homeless last summer due to drinking problems. she signed papers with wareham schools that my son lives with me so he could go to this school for better remedial help. he has thrived at this school. Now she works at a strip club as a masseuse/cocktail waitress, doesn't help him with his school work like I do. because I made a doctor appointment because he has been wetting his bed, she didn't take "she is in control." she says. because of the doctor appointment , she is being vindictive, and told me she is pulling him out of wareham schools where his friends and security are, and putting him in plymouth schools for her convenience. can she change his school without my permission and signature? help me please
