can a judge stop my child support if I moved out of state with my children my husband had visitaion and he never used it in 5yrs he drinks and has a record mile long?

If you moved without permission, you can be ordered to bring the children back. However, child support would not be terminated; the children will not be punished for any alleged disobedience of yours.

You can be forced to bring your children back if you moved without the consent of the court or your ex-husband. The court should not punish the children by stopping child support payments.
