can u appeal an order from a probate judge
to a higher court and how do I do it

You can appeal a final judgment but should consider retaining an attorney ASAP as in order to file a timely appeal according to the Rules of Court. Good Luck!

Assuming it is a final decision of a case, such as a determination of custody or property division, you can file an appeal. The appeal must be filed timely.
