Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i have two kids ,ihave sole regal custody

i have two kids and i have sole regal costody.The father have visition rihgts and pays child support.My question is ,my parent live outside USA,i want to go to school full time,my parents are willing help out taking them at least 6months so that i can manang.The ploblem is that the father doesnt visit them as the court ordered.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You should find someone to help you with the kids. Visitation is a privilege he can exercise, not an obligation you can force on him. No, this does NOT make him a good parent, nor am I on his side -- just giving you the truth.
