Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My kids moms boyfriend is a complete physco. Has threatened my kids mom and my daughter before she was born. He has PTSD. From the war and has admitted to me he has trouble controlling his anger. The thought of him aaround my daughter is making me nuts I'm scared he could hurt her. The mom has full custody. I have split legal and I get my daughter tuesday until Thursday night. I am hoping to get split custody as soon as possible.
