Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Lack of full disclosure on financial statement

I suspect my ex has not been giving full disclosure on her financial statement so I filed subpoenas on her employer and various banks.

We will be back in court in a couple of weeks. What remedies or sanctions can the judge apply when someone has been shown to be falsifying such documents? this information is material to the case.

Thanks.

You need to more than merely suspect. You need to have actual knowledge. The actions so far are a good beginning. You may also want to use other methods of discovery. Material dishonesty on the financial statement is sanctionable by the court. You may also want to not only look at his intake, but expenditures to get a full pictures.
